Diamond is an FMCG brand specialising in Jams, Tuna and Honey. The brand is dedicated to ensuring every family has access to products from the right origin. With tastes that inspire and quality that comforts, Diamond has kept its promise of delivering the true flavour of products by handpicking ingredients from the finest sources across the world.

The Challenge

Even with 30 years of mastering its products, Diamond faced strong competition in the UAE and GCC FMCG markets. The brand wanted to start a conversation with its audience and welcome mothers and wives to a world of taste.

The task was to give the brand a strong online presence across various social media platforms with a focus on building brand awareness while engaging with the target audience to influence their buying decision.

Our Solution

The kitchen is not just a place for cooking. It’s a place of conversation, laughter, creativity and love. The social media calendar for Diamond stepped into the kitchen with the audience, offering to help create some unforgettable moments.

We created a series of ‘Kitchen Hack’ videos that subtly showcased Diamond’s products that was promoted on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube while focusing on brand awareness and driving video views. We further created content themes to supplement the video including product promotion, unique ways of using the products and captivating quotes that further helped in pushing views.

  • 3,300+ likes on Facebook in 2 months
